At In All Honesty, we make sure every single order is packed with the utmost care and handed over to reliable delivery partners. This policy outlines how we ship your orders, our charges, and what you can expect regarding delivery timelines.
01. Our Shipping Methods
We offer two main ways to get your fragrances delivered, depending on what is available in your area:
- Surface Shipping: Shipped primarily through Delhivery.
- Air Shipping: Shipped primarily through Blue Dart for faster transit.
Note: The final choice of courier depends on operational availability, your exact pincode, and the type of items in your order.
02. Shipping Charges
Your final shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total, your location, and the shipping method you select.
For Orders BELOW ₹1,499:

03. How We Count “Chargeable Pieces”
To keep shipping fair for everyone, we use a simple rule for orders over ₹1,499:
- Minis and Vials do not increase your shipping cost. Mini (dab) bottles, Mini (spray) bottles, and tiny Vials are never counted as extra pieces if you buy them alongside regular-sized perfumes.
- If you only buy Minis or Vials: The entire order counts as just 1 single piece for shipping fees, no matter how many you order.
04. Cash on Delivery (COD)
In All Honesty operates on a prepaid-only model. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be securely paid online at checkout using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or digital wallets before we can pack your items.
05. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Delivery Times: Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. While Air Shipping is generally much faster (often 2–4 business days), final delivery times always depend on courier operations in your area.
- Business Days: Sundays and national public holidays are not counted as business days.
06. Important Shipping Terms
Delivery Delays
We always try our best to ship your orders immediately. However, delays can sometimes happen due to courier backlogs, bad weather, high order volumes, or regional holidays. We appreciate your patience and will always work closely with the courier to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Failures
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before completing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or a refusal to accept the delivery, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges to have it sent out a second time.
Shipping Fees on Returns
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a delivery fails or an item is returned/exchanged through no fault of ours, the shipping charges cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to update our shipping rates, delivery zones, and carrier choices without prior notice. Don’t worry, though—the correct, up-to-date shipping cost will always be clearly displayed right before you pay at checkout.
