At In All Honesty, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent fragrance shopping experience. This policy explains our return, replacement, exchange, and refund guidelines for products purchased from In All Honesty.

What Can Be Returned

Retail Packs

Only unused, unopened, sealed, and undamaged retail packs in their original packaging may be eligible for return, subject to approval.

Non-returnable Items

All products other than eligible retail packs are non-returnable unless they qualify for replacement under the conditions mentioned below.

Partials, Vials, Decants, Testers, Mini Sprays, Refills, Discovery Sets, and Similar Formats

These items are not eligible for return or refund. Product levels for partials or similar formats may be estimated and can differ slightly from product images or listings.

What We Can Replace / Exchange

We may offer replacement or exchange only in the following cases:

  • Product damaged in transit
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing item from the order

Important Terms

  • Please record a single, continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This is required as proof in case of damage, missing items, leakage, or incorrect products. Without this video, refunds or replacements may not be processed.
  • We cannot accept returns, replacements, or exchanges for products with a tampered, opened, or damaged seal.
  • A return, replacement, or exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to personal fragrance preference, dislike of scent, projection, longevity expectations, or change of mind.

How To Initiate a Return or Exchange

Subject Line

  • Return: Include “RETURN” and your order ID.
  • Replacement: Include “REPLACEMENT” and your order ID.

Email Body Should Include

  • Order ID
  • Reason for request
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Continuous unboxing video
  • Contact details

We may contact you for further information after receiving your email.

If your request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps. Where serviceable, we may arrange reverse pickup from the original delivery address.

Please ensure the product is securely packed for return.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used while placing the order.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing timelines may depend on the bank, payment gateway, or payment provider.
