This Cancellation Policy explains how customers may request cancellation of an order placed through the In All Honesty website, operated by IAH Ventures.
Requesting an Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, you must contact us as soon as possible through email or WhatsApp.
Your cancellation request must include:
- Your order number
- The name and contact details used while placing the order
- The reason for requesting cancellation

Cancellation Based on Order Stage
Approval of a cancellation request will depend on the processing stage of the order at the time the request is received.
- If the order has not yet been processed or packed, cancellation may generally be approved.
- If the order has already been packed or handed over for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the cancellation process.
Cancellation Confirmation
An order will be considered cancelled only after you receive confirmation from In All Honesty through email, WhatsApp, or another official communication channel.
Until cancellation is confirmed, the order may continue to be processed normally.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card provider, or payment method used during checkout.
Orders That Have Already Been Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Any request relating to a delivered, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible order will be handled according to our separate Returns and Refund Policy.
