  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations once the order has been shipped.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery is currently not available on In All Honesty. All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods at checkout.

Shipping Partners & Delivery Times

  • We ship orders through trusted courier and logistics partners based on location serviceability.
  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
  • Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.
  • Some products such as vials, decants, partials, mini sprays, discovery sets, or special-request items may require additional processing time before dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Shipping Charges on Returns

Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns, exchanges, cancellations after dispatch, or failed delivery cases not caused by In All Honesty.
