  • The order details, photos, or required proof are not provided

5. Reporting Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, leaking, or incomplete order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must share:

  • Order number

  • Customer name and contact details

  • Clear photos of the product received

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Clear photos or video showing the damage, leakage, incorrect item, or missing item issue

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

6. Return / Replacement Review Process

Once your request is received, our team will review the details and verify the issue.

If the request is approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions depending on the case:

  • Replacement of the same product

  • Replacement with another product of equivalent value

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

The final resolution will depend on product availability, order condition, and verification of the issue.

7. Reverse Pickup and Return Shipping

If a return pickup is required and approved, we will arrange reverse pickup where serviceable by our logistics partner.

If reverse pickup is not available for your location, you may be asked to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, seals, invoices, inserts, and accessories included.

8. Product Condition for Approved Returns

Returned products must be received in the same condition as delivered.

The return package should include:

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method after confirmation.
